1. Who we are
Clear Glyph is a brand of Sixth House Service LLC, a California limited liability company. These terms apply when you buy a report or book a session with us. By placing an order or booking, you agree to them.

2. Who can use Clear Glyph
You must be 18 or older to buy a report or book a session.
If you enter someone else's birth details, for example to buy a gift, you confirm you have their permission to share them with us.
3. What you're buying
Natal Snapshot. A personalized digital report for $29.99, delivered by email as a PDF. Most reports arrive within minutes. Every report arrives within 24 hours, or you receive a full refund.
Readings and sessions. A 30-minute pre-recorded reading, $99. A live Astrological Clarity Session, 60 minutes, $197. Both are booked for a specific date through our scheduling page, and what to prepare is shared when you book.
Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record and may add any taxes required where you live.
4. Your birth details
Your report is built from exactly the birth date, time and place you enter, so please check them before you pay. If you don't know your birth time, choose that option. You will still receive a full-length report, without house placements or a rising sign.
If you entered something by mistake, email us within 14 days of purchase. We'll give you one free corrected report for the same person. A report for a different person is a new purchase.
5. Delivery
Your report is emailed to the address you provide. If it hasn't arrived, please check your spam folder.
Please download and save your PDF. Your birth details and report link are deleted 30 days after purchase, and after that we cannot regenerate your report.
If something delays your report, we'll email you. If we can't deliver it within 24 hours, we'll refund you in full.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Reports. Each report is personalized and delivered digitally, so all sales are final once your report is delivered. You are still covered if:
- Your report doesn't arrive within 24 hours. We refund you in full (section 5).
- A technical problem on our side affects your report. We fix it or refund you.
- You entered your birth details incorrectly. You get one free correction (section 4).
By completing your purchase, you ask us to begin creating your report right away, and you acknowledge that once it is delivered, any legal right to cancel a digital purchase ends.
Live sessions and recorded readings. Both are booked for a specific date. You can reschedule, or cancel for a full refund, with at least 24 hours' notice before your booked time. Cancellations inside 24 hours, and missed live sessions, are not refunded.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
If you have a problem with a charge, please email us first. We can make it right faster than a bank dispute can.
7. What your report is, and what it isn't
Clear Glyph reports and sessions are for personal insight, reflection and entertainment. Astrology describes tendencies and patterns. It does not predict events or make your choices for you. You always have free will.
Nothing we provide is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line.
8. How reports are made
Reports are produced with AI assistance, guided by a proprietary interpretive method developed by Clear Glyph. Every report passes automated quality checks before it is delivered. AI-assisted writing can still contain mistakes, so if something in your report looks wrong, please tell us.
9. Who owns what
Your report is yours to read, keep, and share with friends and family for personal use. You may not resell it, publish it commercially, or use it to train or build an AI system.
Clear Glyph's methods, writing, designs, brand and website belong to Sixth House Service LLC. You may not copy or scrape them, or try to extract or reverse engineer our interpretive method or the systems that produce our reports.
10. Using the site
Please use Clear Glyph fairly. No automated ordering or scraping, no false information, and no attempts to break or overload the site. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks these terms, and we will refund it.
11. Availability and changes
We may pause orders for maintenance, update our products, or change prices. A price change never affects an order you have already paid for.
12. Our responsibility to you
We provide Clear Glyph as is. We work hard to make every report accurate and meaningful, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors or meet every expectation.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on a report or session.
Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived where you live.
13. Resolving problems
If something goes wrong, email us first. We will try to resolve it with you within 30 days.
These terms are governed by California law. A dispute we cannot resolve together will be handled in the state or federal courts serving San Bernardino County, California, or in small claims court where eligible.
14. Privacy
How we collect, use and protect your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the date at the top of this page.
