Before you decide
What if I don't know my birth time?+
You can still get a full reading. Your chart is calculated for noon, which keeps every planet and sign accurate. What changes is that houses and your Rising sign need an exact time, so rather than guessing at them, your report leaves them out and goes deeper on everything else. It says so plainly inside. Most people find it still lands hard.
How long is the report?+
Twelve or more pages of actual reading. Not a summary, not a trait list. Continuous writing about your specific chart. Most people read it more than once.
When do I get it?+
Usually within a few minutes. You'll get an email with a link to download your report. If it hasn't arrived within thirty minutes, check your spam folder.
Is this a horoscope?+
No. A horoscope is written for everyone who shares your Sun sign. Your Natal Snapshot is built from the exact sky at the moment and place you were born, so it's specific to you.
How is this different from other automated astrology reports?+
Most automated reports are assembled from pre-written paragraphs. One block for your Sun sign, another for your Moon, stitched together. Each block was written without knowing what else is in your chart, so nothing in the report can reference anything else in it. Yours is written with your whole chart in view. When your Sun sits in a crowded house, the Sun section says so. When two placements pull against each other, the report names the tension. That's the part that makes it feel like it's about you rather than about your sign.
Can I get a refund?+
Your report is created for you the moment you order, so sales are final once it's delivered. There are three exceptions. If your report never arrives, or something goes wrong on my end, I'll resend it or refund you. If you entered a birth detail wrong, email me and I'll rerun your report with the correct details, usually within 24 hours. Write to lumea@clearglyph.com.
What happens to my birth information?+
Your birth details are used to calculate your chart and nothing else. They are encrypted while we hold them and automatically deleted 30 days after your purchase. Your report file is available for 30 days as well, so download it when it arrives. We never sell your data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
