How we use it
Your birth details are used to calculate your chart and produce your report. Nothing else.
Your email is used to deliver your report and to respond to you. If you opt in, we may send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information.
We share only what is necessary with service providers who help us operate, in these categories:
- Payment processing
- Cloud hosting and secure data storage
- Astrological chart calculation
- AI-assisted text generation
- Email delivery
- Appointment scheduling
- Website and advertising analytics
Each provider receives only the information required for its function and is bound by its own confidentiality and security obligations. Some operate outside your country, so by using Clear Glyph you consent to your information being processed in the United States and elsewhere.
Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record.
We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
Birth details are automatically deleted 30 days after your purchase. After that we cannot regenerate your report, so please download and save it.
Your report file is available for 30 days.
Basic order records (name, email, order number, purchase date) are retained so we can provide support and meet accounting obligations.
Payment records are held by Stripe under its own terms. Tax law requires seven years.
Session notes and recordings. We keep these for as long as they remain useful for supporting your work with us and for refining the practice. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will. We will never share or publish any part of a session without your separate written permission.
How we protect it
Your birth details are encrypted while we hold them. All information travels over secure connections. Report files are reachable only through a private link that expires. Access to customer data is limited to the business owner and, when needed for maintenance, a contractor bound by confidentiality.
No system is perfectly secure, and we make no claim otherwise.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete your information
- Provide a copy in a portable format
- Stop sending you marketing email

If you are in the EU or UK, our lawful basis for processing your birth details is the contract between us, since we cannot produce your report without them. For marketing email, the basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
If you are in California, you may request disclosure of the personal information we collect, request deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.
How your report is made
Your report is produced with AI assistance, guided by a proprietary interpretive method developed by Clear Glyph. Information used for text generation is limited to what is needed to write your report: your first name and birth details. It never includes your email address or payment information.
Children
Clear Glyph is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
Changes are posted here with an updated date. Material changes are emailed to anyone with an active order.
